HopeHealth is comprised of community health centers and infectious diseases treatment and prevention centers located throughout Florence, Clarendon, Aiken, Orangeburg, and Williamsburg Counties. If you are experiencing symptoms of a respiratory illness, we ask that you wear a mask when you arrive for your visit. If you do not have a mask, please request one at the front desk upon arrival.

A team of multi-disciplinary providers customize individual plans for each patient in order to best achieve his or her health & wellness goals: mind, body, and spirit.
As a primary care facility, HopeHealth’s medical team works to prevent and detect illness and the early onset of disease, provide routine physical examinations and promote overall healthy lifestyles for patients of all ages. HopeHealth's providers often work with other health care specialists to manage patients’ more in-depth health issues.
