The Hope Fund

The Hope Fund was established in April 2011 to assist with unmet needs, such as the cost of vision appointments, eyeglasses, specialty care, surgery, prescription drugs, and emergency assistance.

The Hope Fund LogoA father of two, Jack battled untreated hypertension, diabetes and depression for years. Having been turned away by other physician practices, Jack was unsure if we would be able to get the help he needed. HopeHealth staff recognized the severity of his symptoms and welcomed him as a patient. Mary Mitchell, FNP, taught him how to manage his chronic diseases. Renee Smith, Behavioral Health Counselor, helped Jack with his depression. "When I came to HopeHealth, I was at a point in my life where I wasn't sure I wanted to go on," Jack said. "Coming to HopeHealth helped me get back on my feet. It helped me be able to lead a life that my sons can be proud of."

Jack is just one of many individuals that has found assistance and treatment through the compassion and generosity of HopeHealth staff and community supporters. Your generous donations to the Hope Fund will help us to continue providing support to individuals across our community.
